A confused, bitter and slightly bi-polar member of the Happy Cheery Forest Creatures Death Squad, Gender Illusionist manBug plays at being a lady, but strangely enough routinely gets outraged when he is treated like one. He has a nasty habit while fighting of sticking his antennae up the noses of opponents, cutting off their breathing while spitting acidic gut juices into their mouth.

Gender Illusionist manBug was born into a family that despite both parents not being ladybirds, believed that they would have a ladybird child if they just though good thoughts. In their quest for the perfect ladybird son, they subjected Gender Illusionist manBug to excessive amounts of plastic surgery, first eroding and then destroying the Gender Illusionist manBug’s fragile ego and sense of self when he could not live up to their expectations. Wanting to destroy his parents, Gender Illusionist manBug entered into an abusive S&M relationship with a cockroach named Petey, who needless to say threw Gender illusionist manBug out when, about six months into their relationship, he decided to be spontaneous and left the light on only to find his ladybird-like friend was in fact not a lady. Since then Gender Illusionist manBug has held an intense hatred for all things male. Recently manBug has formed a intense friendship with Triple D, Doe of Evil, bonding over their mutual male hate. Ironic, eh?
